We are orientated

Well, we had our orientation meeting with the agency yesterday. The drive up was great until the last 20mins..when we hit a stand still. It took us about 2 1/2 hours with traffic. And it was not hard to find the building. We had a great meeting. The time flew by yesterday. We got there around 2:45pm and left at 6:15 and it felt like we were there for about an hour. We found out a lot of really interesting things about Korea and why there are so many babies given up for adoption. And how SWS (Social Welfare Society)(this is the agency we are working with in Korea) supports the mothers and babies. We got a lot of confirmation about what the process is and how it works, it is nice not to just be going with word of mouth and message boards. We got the fee schedule Uhg! The other Uhg! thing we found out, we have to drive back up to the office for the baby referral/s. I am going to be freaking out. What a torturous 2-3 hour drive. But we feel really good that things are moving along. Now it is our job to keep them moving. You would not believe the stack of paper work we have. I am just sooo confused. I am going to have to call them back and have them go over it again with me so I can make piles as to what goes to Korea what goes to the agency and what Drs fill out , I am lost in this sea of paper. And it is really daunting that the time line depends mostly on us right now, how fast we can get paperwork organized, completed, and mail to the correct place. But in the back of my mind I also think that there may not be a big rush, depending on when our baby will be born and ready for us. God has a plan. He knows when our baby will be ready. So I am going to try and keep in mind that any "hold ups" in the process are in His plan. And try not to feel too freaked out by them all. At least that is my plan right now, I may be singing a different tune when I am forced to wait on one government agency or another or both.
