Mooov'n up!

If July was dead , in terms of referrals coming from SWS, then August is alive and kicking. There were tons. We are moving up that list for Barker very quickly. I can't say what number we are but it is in the single digits. I am so excited I can hardly think of anything else.

Ok I am thinking about school starting. And getting excited about that also. We went to orientation yesterday and both kids have great teachers. Brooke told me this morning she can not wait until Tues. so she can go to school. Will on the other hand told me he wishes summer would never end (that's ok I have enough enthusiasum to cover him). I have a feeling this is going to be a very exciting September ; ) .

It has really hit me that we could get a referral ANY day. Raymond and I decided to take a cruise for our 13th anniversary (also very exciting). We leave on 9/22 and won't be back until 9/29. We have been talking about doing it for a few years and just realized that if we don't do it this year, we will have 3 kids to find somebody to take care of while we are gone. But...I am nervous about getting a referral while we are at sea (I love saying that "at sea"). So if you could offer up some prayers that we get our referral before 9/22 that would be great. Then Raymond and I could just celebrate the entire cruise, how fun!?!

Now, I just have to try to keep in mind it could still be quite some time before we get "the call" for our referral. Sometimes people wait a long time for their baby to be ready for them. But this is a fun place to be right now..waiting for "the call".
