Sick baby :-(

Hope has been sick the past few days (since Fri night). At first I thought it was just teething..then I thought maybe strep and took her to Patient 1st (Sun night). Then we went to the Dr because her fever came back on Tues. But now it looks like it is just a bad stomach bug. :-(

She has been soo pitiful the past few days. Lots and lots of cuddling and crying, and whining and diaper changing. The crying is mostly when she is not in my arms. Everyone has tried to console her when I have to do something selfish like go to the bathroom, or run to target for more diapers and Pedialite. But really I am the only one she will settle down with. Which, from an attachment stand point, is a good thing. Truthfully I can handle all of the baby clingyness, but then you throw in the two boys in the family thinking that they are getting sick, and you end up with 1 tuckered out Mama.

At this point it looks like everyone is on the mend. The boys are back at work and school (thank goodness). And Hope is at least eating and drinking, and keeping the food and fever down. Now if I can just the get the house on the road to recovery we will be good.
