I lied.

I know I said I would post some pictures from over the holidays...but I am not going to. Sorry. I just don't have the patience right now..maybe next time.

We have had a hard time getting back into the swing after the holidays. It just seems like all I can do right now is put out fires. The past week we have all been sick except Ray so that slows us down exceedingly. And now we are going to completely throw a wrench into our schedule and send the kids back to public school.

I love homeschooling but, it seems that at this point for our family, although it did alleviate some of the issues we were having, it has created it's own issues as well. There is no perfect situation, I know. But Ray and I have come to the conclusion that ,as much as I want to, I can not juggle all of these balls. I can't do it all. So I am going to let homeschooling go for now and see how we do with public school again. We are going to re-evaluate at the end of this semester and make a decision about which schooling is best for each kiddo. We will see.

The kids are both very excited about going back to school. This week is filled with appointments and registration and shopping for supplies and packing. Because next week we are headed out to Massanutten for a week (the official first week of the semester). Then the kids will start school the week we get back probably the 9th.

Soo....here we go again.
