Ok, There is no new info. I did finally speak with the director the Korean program at our agency. And she really did not have any new information for us (as I suspected). She says it was a good trip for her and the relationship between our agency and SWS (the Korean agency). She says more referrals are coming and babies are making their way home. But who those referrals are going to be for she dose not know.
Really I do feel better. (I have been pulling my hair out for the past couple of days.) Even though we don't have any more info than we had before I spoke with her today. I know I have said this a million times but we could get our referral tomorrow or next week or next month or next year. And there is just no way to control when it is going to come. So here I am, I am going to say it....I am letting it go. Whenever it comes, it comes. God already knows where our baby is and how he is going to get to us. So it is His job, not mine. (Sigh, deep breath)
Now what is my job is to update some of our paperwork. You see, some of the paper work we did, ohh back in fall of last year, is expiring. Yep. So things need to be updated. I don't think it is going to be all that difficult, but it still needs to be done, so when we get the referral all we have to concentrate on is the paperwork it will take to get baby home and not having to update all this other stuff.
Oh and ya...I got my passport by the way. Really it was not that difficult although it was more expensive than I would like. So you can imagine how excited I was to open my new passport, only about 2 weeks after I sent off the paperwork, to find that they spelled my middle name wrong :-o I even checked my birth certificate to make sure I had not been misspelling it myselft all these years. No it is true, my middle name is spelled Renee not Renne. So now I have to figure out how to fix that too. But at least I have plenty to keep me busy while I wait and wait and wait.....
