Well, it has been just a little over a week since all of the referral excitement, and we are moving ahead full throttle. I mailed all the acceptance papers to the agency on Monday and they forwarded them on to SWS on Wed. Korea should get them next week. And then they will do paperwork and send Hope's "legals" back to our agency. What are "legals"? Not sure, but we need them to bring Hope home, that's all I need to know.

This morning Pat, Raymond and I all went to get our fingerprints taken at the county sheriff's department. What they need them for I don't know, but my agency tells me we need to do it before Hope can come home, then I go get fingerprints done, it's that simple. And it looks like we will need to have our prints redone at USCIS, because the ones we did in 8/06 expire after 15 months. Why?, you ask me. I have no clue, but I don't care. They tell me to do them again, I do them again.

We have done some fun stuff for Hope too. We took the big kids to Build-a-Bear and they made a bunny to send to Hope. And we took them to BabiesRus to register. We let them pick out a toy and an outfit to send in her care package too. I think Will is coming around to the idea of having another sister, though he won't admit it yet.

I am beginning to feel the referral euphoria wearing off and nesting setting in. But that's a good thing, the preparations will help me keep my mind off the waiting (yea right).
